Aftercare
Aftercare following a massage is crucial to maximise the benefits of the treatment and ensure optimal recovery. Here are some key aftercare guidelines to follow:

Stay Hydrated
Aim to drink at least 1–2 litres of water post-treatment. Eat a light, nutritious meal after your treatment. Avoid heavy, greasy foods and alcohol.

Refrain from Intense Exercise
For 24–48 hours after a massage. If you need to be active, focus on gentle exercises like walking, yoga, or swimming.

Rest and Relax
Avoid engaging in strenuous activities immediately after a massage. Allow your body time to absorb the benefits of the massage and essential oils.

Use Heat or Cold Packs if Needed
If you experience any muscle stiffness or soreness after the massage, applying a heat or cold pack can help. Use a cold pack for any areas that feel inflamed or swollen and a heat pack for tight muscles that need to relax.

Gentle Stretching
Light stretching after the session can further enhance the results.
